2. Member Code of Conduct
Humsafar Love is dedicated to dignified matchmaking. Members agree to strictly refrain from:
- Using the platform for casual dating, harassment, extortion, or offensive behavior.
- Misrepresenting age, identity, marital status, or educational qualifications.
- Soliciting money, financial loans, or commercial investments from other members.
3. Profile Authenticity & ID Verification
Members agree to provide accurate personal details and authentic profile photographs. Humsafar Love moderation teams review every submitted profile and reserve the right to unverify, reject, or remove profiles containing fraudulent or misleading information.
4. Free Service & Agency Partnership Terms
Humsafar Love provides free registration, 5-step profile creation, and verified matchmaking directory browsing for personal marriage seekers with zero mandatory subscription fees.
- Personal Accounts: Individuals and families may create and manage their rishta profiles free of charge.
- Matchmaker Agencies: Professional matchmaking consultants and agencies onboarded through our agency portal agree to represent genuine clients with verified consent and strict confidentiality.
- Account Termination: You may modify or delete your account at any time via your account settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Humsafar Love rigorously verifies user identity documents, members are encouraged to exercise personal due diligence and involve family members before finalizing marriage commitments. Humsafar Love is not liable for personal interactions outside the platform.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
